TruResults Solutions provides mobile specimen collection and administrative coordination services only. All laboratory analysis is conducted by accredited third-party laboratories.
TruResults Solutions does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical interpretation, healthcare services, or treatment.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to appointment.

All sales are final once specimen collection has occurred,

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH (if applicable)
Failure to remit payment prior to collection will result in cancellation of the appointment.
ACH payments must clear prior to specimen collection. Appointments are confirmed only after payment status reflects 'Paid' in our system.
Tiered Zones

Zone 1 - (0 - 50 miles): Included

Zone 2 - (51 - 75 miles): +$ 50.00

Zone 3 - (76 - 100 miles): +$ 75.00

Zone 4 - (100+ miles): Custom quote based on time and mileage.
Laboratory Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times is 3-5 business days after the laboratory receives the specimen.

Complex relationship testing (sibling, grandparent, avuncular) may require additional processing time.

Laboratory processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
-
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for refund minus any administrative fees.

Same-day fees, mileage fees, and laboratory processing fees are non-refundable.

Once specimen collection has occurred, services are considered rendered and are non-refundable.

If a laboratory rejects a sample due to insufficient quantity or contamination, recollection fees may apply.
Urgency Appointment Fees

Within 25 miles: $ 50.00

Over 50 miles: $ 100 .00

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50.00 fee.

Failure to appear or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice is considered a No-Show.

No-Shows incur a $75.00 fee and may result in forfeiture of service payment.
Identification & Legal Testing Requirements
Legal testing requires:

Government-issued photo ID.

Supervised collection.

Documentation and photographic verification.

Chain of custody compliance.
Failure to comply invalidates legal status of results.
