
What Is I-9 Employment Verification?
If you’ve been hired for a new job, your employer may require you to complete Form I-9 to verify your identity and employment eligibility.
As an authorized representative, we meet with you in person to review your documents and complete Section 2 of the I-9 form on behalf of your employer.
How It Works
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Book online or call us to choose a time and location that works for you.
Step 2: Bring Your Documents
You must bring original, unexpired documents (such as a passport or driver’s license + Social Security card).
Step 3: In-Person Verification
We meet you at your home, office, or agreed location to review your documents and complete Section 2.
Step 4: Form Completion
We complete and sign the form as your employer’s authorized representative and return it as instructed.
Acceptable Documents
You must present original, unexpired documents. These may include:

A valid U.S. Passport
OR -
A Driver’s License AND Social Security Card
You will receive full instructions from your employer on which documents to bring.
Important Information
We act only as an authorized representative for completing Section 2 of Form I-9.
We are not responsible for determining document eligibility beyond visual inspection, and we do not provide legal advice.
Notary services are not included unless specifically requested by your employer.
